We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the train station and only a short distance from popular attractions like the Colosseum and the Pantheon. The room was clean and tidy, and the daily housekeeping made it even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with any queries we had. The complimentary breakfast provided a good start to the day, and we appreciated the option to have yogurt before heading out. The amenities in the room, including heating, air conditioning, and free toiletries, added to the overall luxury and comfort of our stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

For the price, the room at Aenea'S B&B was a great value and had lovely decoration touches. The location was fantastic, close to Termini train station and convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Lalith, were very helpful and polite.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety like fresh fruit/veg and ham and cheese for sandwiches.

The rooms at Aenea's B&B are beautifully decorated with classic furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a party person, I instantly felt at home and loved the charming ambiance.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary. However, some guests might still appreciate this feature.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station and public transportation which makes it easy to navigate the city. the room and bathroom were quite clean, and there was a decent amount of natural light. the free breakfast was tasty and provided a decent start to the day.
The hotel lacked proper air conditioning and guests were not made aware of the extra cost until too late. This resulted in an unpleasant and hot stay, making it feel as though the hotel had not considered the comfort of their guests.

The location of the hotel was really great, as it was near some nice places to eat, tourist stops, and the train station. the hotel also had a good theme, with interesting room designs that we enjoyed. the room was also clean and well-maintained.
There were certainly some negative aspects that detracted from our experience. We were disappointed by the lack of staff in the hotel, as we only saw one attendant on the day we checked in, and nobody else during our entire stay.

Had a great Xmas break here! Loved the awesome breakfast spread with fresh pastries and delicious coffee. The spacious room with a cozy bed and a large window offered a great view to the beautiful city. Plus, the hotel was located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the popular tourist spots.
That the TV channels were limited and mostly broadcasted in a language we did not understand. Nevertheless, we were too busy exploring the city during the day and enjoying the amazing food around to be bothered by it.

The self-service breakfast at Aenea's B&B was excellent, with options to start the day. The location near Termini train station was convenient for both exploring the city and traveling outside of Rome. Despite being close to the railway station, the street was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, offering plenty of dining options.
